Service Description

The visit will take approx. 4h. We will do a planning call upfront to align the schedule and the required documents (like NDA's) of 1h. During this visit we discuss the challenges your facing regarding operational performance and we conduct a miniscan of the productionsite with interviews with the CEO (COO or equivalent), HR director, Operations Manager, TL/supervisor and operators. We do a Gemba walk and attend some routine meetings (if there are). We want to get a feeling on how the daily operations work and create a current state picture witch we can relate to the required to-be situation. After the visit we will analyse the data and create a report with the findings (1 or 2 weeks after the visit) and advise in what strategy to follow. This report can be used as a guidance towards your vision. We can support in the rollout, we can train your CI-team or you can decide not to use our services for the rollout.
