Bringing my experience to companies that struggle to connect it’s business needs with the shopfloor and helping employees and/or teams to focus on what matters in business and life, is what gets me out of bed in the morning. I’m also a passionate bbq chef and teacher and love to go on roadtrips with my family in a campervan.

Who I Help
I support manufacturing companies with production facilities in Belgium and mainly EU countries. My industrial specialities are productivity improvements and culture change programs. I also facilitate workshops on Kata and productivity improvements and am available for high performance coaching of individuals that want to go for the double win: be successful in business and life to live a fulfilling life
How I Do It
By listening to the needs of all stakeholders I create a vision for the future and strategy to execute. In the execution phase I step in as a coach for the management or take a temporary role as businessleader for the department that needs transformation.
