Why we Started
Industrial Coaching
The (industrial) world is changing in a never experienced pace. Disruption is around the corner of any business and most are not adapted to confront this. Production teams need to evolve and be more agile. This causes new challenges for leaders in every layer of the manufacturing facility.
Why we Started
Life Coaching
If you are a high performer and ambitious person like us, then you might think your work = your life. We have lived according to this mantra and until you burn-out, get fired or are sold with the business you have been fighting for, you mostly aren't aware that your personal life, energy and family are suffering from the lack of attention. We were lucky to find out in time (but very late) that something had to give...

My Story
My industrial career started as a manufacturing / automation engineer for Tier 1 suppliers in JIS/JIT manufacturing in the automotive sector. There I learned about LEAN manufacturing and I've been trained as a 6σ lean facilitator in the early 2000’s.
Many years later I became a plant manager in the same industry where I was coached in the Gemba approach and became a servant leader to our shop floor crews.
In 2011 I decided to become self employed and started advanced technical project support services, using my technical skills to advance automation projects with new technologies in robot and data-driven manufacturing. I could have continued in this line of work, but I loved working with people and teams so this drove me towards operational efficiency services. In this period I got my Professional Coaching license and took courses in the Solution Focused and NLP methodologies. On the business side I deep dived into the Improvement/Coaching Kata approach. I’m also a Lego Serious Play certified facilitator and Full Focus Planner Certified Professional. In 2023 I followed and gained a certificate in Digital Transformation Management from the University of Leuven in Belgium, which enables me to setup and implement a digital transformation roadmap with the cultural transformation needed for a sustainable implementation.
My technical and coaching skills in combination with more then 2 decades of leadership experience in high performance manufacturing operations gives me a unique selling point in productivity coaching and culture changes in manufacturing on any leadership level. Translating business needs into a shopfloor vision with actionable steps in a sustainable continuous improvement methodology is my speciality and field of interest. My passion for Gemba activities with smart automation have transformed my client’s operational capabilities into sustainable businesses that can thrive in high wage manufacturing operations sites. These clients show proven track records of EBITDA improvements >25%
Industrial Culture Programs
Continuous improvement starts with vision and mindset! To support the continuous part, you need to create habits that lead to improvement. The tools underlaying these habits are LEAN and AGILE, but they are useless without a culture that embodies these tools. This culture is our Industrial Culture Program and the habit muscle training lives by the name Kata. We have several programs that can support your journey towards a sustainable industrial culture
